VILVOORDE VIADUCT

The contract consists of study works, asbestos treatment and reinforcement works with regard to the Vilvoorde Viaduct. The viaduct was commissioned in 1978 and is now almost 45 years old. It is in need of a thorough overhaul. The bridge has an expected lifespan of 100 years, but as with any other structure, an interim renovation is necessary to meet that lifespan.
