N671 - Liège - Development of the quays of the Meuse between Fragnée bridge and Prémontrés roundabout

The main objective of this study is the overall improvement of mobility to and from the centre of Liège. Access to the city centre is difficult from the quays (N671) because there is no exit to the left from Seraing due to the central dividing berm. coming from Seraing due to the presence of the central dividing berm. Current accesses are rare and therefore often clogged very quickly. The project aims to improve this situation and access to the Guillemins SNCB station.
