L15 Elektrification Mol-Hasselt

As part of the electrification of railway line 15, we installed no less than 58 km of new overhead lines between Mol and Hasselt. We rolled off 300 km of cables over the total length of the line. In the process, we were able to use a rail truck and several crane trucks to install new components and check the work carried out. By the end of 2022, L15 will be fully electrified in both directions. In this way, we are doing our bit to expand the connection possibilities, increase passenger comfort, improve train punctuality and make train traffic greener.
